Kelly's slow cooked salsa chicken tacos. 2 c chicken stock. 2 c mild salsa of your choice. 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. So one afternoon, I found myself in an all to familiar situation.digging through scrap pieces of paper in my recipe folder so i can make dinner! Tuesday, November 18, 2014. As some of you may know, my sweet Grandad fell several weeks ago and broke his back. After a brief hospital stay, he was moved to a rehab facility (down the street from our house! Where he continues to recover and gain strength back so that he can return home soon.
