Urban Birding Adventure: St. Louis Tree Sparrows! December 1st 2011, Thursday. Urban Birding Adventure: St. Louis Tree Sparrows! I spent the Thanksgiving holiday with relatives in Saint Louis, Missouri. We went to the local zoopark. And I enjoyed the opportunity for some backyard and urban bird-watching. As nice as it was to see the Cardinals of Saint Louis (of course, I mean the birds not the baseball team), the ornithological highlight of the trip had to be the sighting of the Eurasian Tree Sparrow (.

Changing patterns - estuary woman. 20 June 2009 @ 12:27 am. Some of the habits are gone. First thing in the morning- coffee is fine now on its own. I have stopped going out during the working day for 'some fresh air'. These had been suggested away and amazingly, this has worked. Going good so far. Little lapses are only human, and what are we without our humanity. 2 comments Leave a comment. On June 20th, 2009 06:36 am (UTC). On June 20th, 2009 09:25 am (UTC). 2 comments Leave a comment.
