July 3rd, 2008. The decision to blog about anything is a tricky one. A person wants to write what they think, what they feel, what they believe. Yet too often we hear tales of bloggers getting burned because of something they wrote and posted. In my case, I write reviews of media and products. I take a very brutal tact with it and spare no one’s feelings. I feel that in order to improve a thing, it must be evaluated. This goes for books, movies, computers, gadgets, cars, food, et cetera. I watched a fami...

1 if you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be? Probably greece or japan. It's a toss up. 2 what are the best and worst pieces of advice you've ever been given? Best: You're not going to know wha tyou want to do in life. SO do something that that makes a little cash. Then, when you know what to do, you'll be able to afford to do it. Worst: I'm sure the company has your best interests in mind. 3 what's your perfect day? 4 what's your favourite film/genre and why?

After much deliberation and the urging of trusted companions, I've decided to add the much talked about " Advice section. I often find myself in the role of counselor, hearing out people's confessions and acting as a sounding board for their troubled lives. Anyway, I try to give sound advice, leaving no party at fault, no side defenseless. The reasons you should take my advice are the same reasons you shouldn’t. I’m just a dude with no psychological counseling training. Powered by LiveJournal.com.

Post 3 things you've done in your lifetime that you don't think anybody else on your friends list has done. See if anybody else responds with "I've done that.". Have your friends cut and paste this into their journal to see what unique things they've done in their life. 1 Haggled with the IRS. Yes, everything is negotiable. 2 Sent a memo to the Senior Partners of an ad agency in red crayon; it read "memo:" and I drew a big dinosaur. (oddly, no one laughed). 3 Been in a barfight in every city I've lived.

Jul 16th, 2008. Kryptonite, A Girl’s Smile. One cigarette left, he reached for it as he slewed into another curve. Grasping the pack, he leaned back and put the last smoke between his lips, holding it there, tasting it, as he pushed the buttons on the radio obsessively. Country and Classic Rock crowded each other on these peripheral airwaves, in valleys and behind hills sometimes mixing together, overlapping. The smoke faded, chewed itself away and its corpse out the window. He reached for the pack, foun...
The Life and Times
The Life and Times. I'm here to share what I think about everything I don't understand. Bartender: A Drinking Game. A few months ago some friends and I tried to make up a drinking game. We came up with a game called Bluffs and Tangents that was really fun, but kind of slow and complicated. So I tried to simplify it a bit and came up with this. Follow this blog, you’ll love it on your dashboard! Ldquo;Do every stupid thing that makes you feel alive. Do every stupid thing to try to drive the dark away.

Eric Staller - about
Hello, I'm Eric Staller. Welcome to my site. If you know anything of my work you have some idea of the thread of optimism that runs through it. For 30 years I have been surprising and delighting my public, both within the museum walls and without. My work comes in three sizes: SMALL (studio work). And LARGE (permanent artworks in public places). How you think we might work together. Browsers that support stylesheets are Safari for Mac OS X. And Internet Explorer for Mac OS.
