Monday, November 29, 2010. We had a great 450 mile bike ride this past summer. Kate has pretty much recovered from her very serious accident. Thank goodness for her helmet. And her accident was a lesson for a couple of hundred students in her school district. She may have saved, not only her own life, but with the publicity, many more lives.
