Book a Massage Appointment. Attend a Yoga Class. Yoga Classes and Schedules. Classes Open to the Public. Small Group Yoga Training at AVAC (www.avac.us) is available to members and non-members. Our body's circadian rhythm hits its natural low at 3pm and 3am. For the first two months we will learn a series of poses designed to work with this and restore energy in the late afternoon. This is a 45 minute sequence that can be done at work as a lunch break. 25 per/session when there are five to six students.

A series has no expiration date when purchased from me. Other teachers may or may not have use by requirements. Drop-in price for a one hour class: $15.00.
