the end of a matter | Trust Without Borders

The end of a matter. We have officially completed our two year contracts in Korea. Wow. It feels like we had just decided to go and were thinking “Two years, huh? Ok…….” and now it’s over! Every time a major life event ends. And a new one begins. I am reminded of Ecclesiastes 7:8. Better is the end of a thing than its beginning. While incorporating the ways we have grown into this new. Which will in turn make us stronger for whatever God directs our paths to. We also began praying big, specific prayers&#...

Monthly Archives: May 2014. Justin and I are just about to complete our 2 year contracts at our school in Korea. I’ve been faithfully blogging about our lives here and decided that I’ve actually enjoyed chronicling everything. It helps us to remember it and to recognize God’s goodness throughout each season and experience we have. The name of the blog comes from the song “Oceans” by Hillsong. It’s a song that we’ve been singing at our church in Korea, Redeemer ICC,. This entry was posted in Uncategorized.

Monthly Archives: August 2014. A “New” Life. It’s been a month of a lot of changes. A new country, city, home, job, church, friends. Basically everything is new and different. We have been out of Korea for almost 2 months, and back in America for just over a month. We moved into our new apartment on July 19th, just days after also buying a new car! We spent some time in northern Indiana – in the “lost woods” as our nephew Caleb calls it – with Justin’s family. You can be praying for us as we make decisio...

About Me | Trust Without Borders
https://trustwoborders.wordpress.com/about-me
I am a child of the One True King, Jesus Christ. I am made in His image and long to be more like Him every day. I fail in more ways than I can count, but I am forgiven by a gracious and merciful God whose love is never-ending. I am His, and He is mine. Our marriage grew. Our faith grew immeasurably. We developed life-long friends. We are blessed among men! Trust Without Borders is in reference to a worship song that beautifully expresses our need for the Savior, Jesus Christ. It helps us to remember it and to recognize God’s goodness throughout each season and experience we have. As we prepare to enter into a new phase of life, I’m excited to share it with you. I’m excited to see how God will use our two years in Korea to mold us for the rest of our lives. May 16, 2014.
