Bariatric surgery step by step. Created on 22 September 2007 (#13873771). Last updated on 14 January 2009. I am 352 lbs and 5'7". I have red hair almost to my waist. Physically I am in bad shape. My back and knees are terrible. My asthma sucks. There is a lot that I hope changes over the next year or so. New Stats - bypass this way. Jul 9th, 2008. 6 month appt this afternoon so we get a new numbers breakdown. Starting weight (according to them, not me) was 352.9. That is what I was at the first visit there last Oct.by the time the surgery happened in Jan I was 357}. Curent weight is 240.2 (again according to their scales). BMI was 54.5 and is now 37.1. Waist was 57" and is now 37". Hips were 64" and are now 46". I have lost 53% of my excess body weight. July 9th, 2008 10:33 pm (UTC).

7 months out and my birthday - bypass this way. Aug 17th, 2008. 7 months out and my birthday. I love my blouse and this is 7 months and another surprise for those who know me well. First this is a pic from last year's birthday. Now two from this year. August 18th, 2008 12:08 am (UTC). I hadn't seen the full-length shot. Damn! The feeling of your shirt hanging down off your chest, and then billowing in*, with no lumpy bits, is awesome. You look freakin' awesome, lady, and the new hair is beautiful.
