Plus it's easier for me to post there and actually get some sort of feedback on a daily (Sometimes hourly) basis from people. Back on ADHD meds or not again. So we'll see how that goes. Pics from tonights dinner, noms were had. However, if you arent really changing eating behavior and exercising behavior, it MAY mean very little. Who knows what it will mean? April 14, 2012 at 11:36 AM. Yes, Its a great thing. In my opinion. Ive changed my exercise behaviors, I said I rarely bike anymore in the video. Make dinner last night. *sigh*. Its just frustrating because I feel so in love with food.

I had alot of actual TIME to sleep today ("slept" in till 11 a.m) My basic sleep schedule looks EXACTLY like this every single night, and I mean EVERY single night. (Took note of last nights sleep patterns). 12 am / 12:30 a.m - Lie in bed and fall asleep. 2:00 a.m - Wake up and pee. 3:45 a.m - Wake up and pee. 5:30 a.m - wake up and pee. 8:00 a.m - Wake up and pee. Getting my health back. Sunday, April 1, 2012. April 1st, 2012. Just felt like riding today. NORMALLY it's my day off, but I got a call from my boss mid-ride asking me to come in. Getting my health back. Saturday, April 7, 2012. April 7th, 2012. Anyways, nothing really to interesting to note. Other than the fact that I THREW OUT. My bottle of "Blue Up" from controlled labs. It was making my heart rate SKYROCKET and after day three it started making me feel like absolute sh*t. I read about the ingredient "yohimbe" and it's effects on the liver which were no bueno. Instead, I started taking this. Anyways, like I said I'm looking to start v-logging soon so look out for that. :).
