Friday, January 21, 2011. A few of my favorite things, as of late. 1 My aunt told me about these workouts on BYU TV that have been a perfect way for me to start exercising again and not have to leave the house. Love 'em! 2 I love, love, love this cookbook. It's a great way to eat healthy, the meals are delicious and there is a picture for every recipe. Gotta love that! 4 Kaylie's new cousin. She is beautiful! 5 A sleeping baby, 'nough said. :). 7 Baby smiles and giggles. 9 A clean baby! 10 And that hat!

Life Is Truly Beautiful! Monday, June 14, 2010. I ran 3 miles on Monday, 4 miles on Tuesday and 3 again on Wednesday. My long run was Friday and I was supposed to run 9 miles. AHHHH! I was really nervous because the furthest I have run so far is 4 miles. Are my knees going to hurt? What about my calves?
