Sunday, April 2, 2017. We celebrated the end of the school year and start of summer with a trip to the zoo with our best buds! We really enjoyed seeing the new Zambezi River exhibit. The animals were all out and active. The kids loved it! And of course, the sea lion show. they never want to miss it! We got lucky today and saw the big daddy sea lion! And the kids headed straight to the trainers after the show to ask all kinds of questions. We are excited about summer break! Murray even did laundry for me!

Thursday, November 20, 2014. Well Cole and the rest of the Ninja Turtles had a great rest of the season! T-ball ended up coach pitch, and they all were so proud! VBS started out with a lot of excitement! 160; My sister’s congregation was having a LION KING Vacation Bible School, and my kids are pretty much obsessed with that movie right now. They were pumped about their cool animal masks, the skit at the beginning of the night, Luke (aka Uncle Smith) having conversations with Simba, and the cool crafts they made. Hayes even got really into the fun too! Unfortunately the second night ended with some drama! The poor girl was amazing!

You truly are a happy, chill baby and a total joy. You aren’t showing off your head holding skills in this video, but you do show off your sweet voice… even if you are telling me nicely that you are DONE with tummy time! 160; Your little face is so funny to watch while you play. Sunday, May 17, 2015. Cole and Jordan had their school’s Spring Chapel Program last week. All the classes worked really hard to be ready for it, and they all did a great job! 160; I was especially proud of a certain Pre-K girl and a certain Jr K boy! 160; It was based on the days of creation, and each class represented a day. Jordan’s class was Day 4- Sun, Moon, and Stars! Here is their first song… “Mr. Sun/Senor Sol”. And their second song… “Moon, Moon, Moon”. Next up was Cole’s class! Way to go Cole!

Thursday, May 6, 2010. I saw a really cute idea in Pottery Barn's summer catalog. I almost soley restrict myself to simply getting "ideas" from Pottery Barn. As most of their items don't fall within my slim deocrating budget. There was an old shelf with cute mason jars hanging with candles. I thought it was precious. I had the perfect shelf. It was one my mom had seen at a garage sale and picked up for a buck or two. Its just been sitting in my garage, waiting for the perfect project. A few times at least.

We drove up to Steven's Point this weekend to attend a Welcome Home Parade and Celebration for the 32nd Brigade.
