Since I own a plethora of different weight loss books, videos, DVD's, plans and booklets, from previous diets of course. As well as a membership to the local Anytime Fitness, I narrowed it down to P90X and A higher protein low carb food plan. No bread, No rice, No pasta, that's the hard part. Isn't that the truth?
