I am fully hooked on the CrossFit Koolaid! Last week I did the baseline workout from my very first day to measure my progress. On that first day it took 9 minutes 36 seconds for me to complete. Last Tuesday it only took me 7 minutes 6 seconds. That is serious progress. I rewarded myself with a new couch recently! Thursday, April 19, 2012.

A Journey to Fit. Tuesday, March 27, 2012. Today was tough. I was supposed to be there at 5:45 this morning and slept through my alarm. I was a bit devastated. I am on such a roll! Luckily I was able to leave work a little early and get my WOD on! Class started with 700 singles on the jump rope. It was a lot. Mostly because I am not that coordinated.
