A place in the country. Sunday, February 10, 2013. Good gas mileage, cheap used cars are the way to go for our family budget as well as the environment! Since my Civic was only a 2 door, I am happy to finally have something Gabe can get in and out of easier. Gabe really Loves his new Bunk Bed! A place in the country. Wednesday, November 12, 2014. Gabe started Kindergarten this year, so we have been adapting to many changes in schedule and routine. No more staying up until past 10 pm and sleeping in! We have this running family saying that "everybody knows Gabe" because every kid type event we go to, all the kids, teachers, councilors, etc. know Gabe. He has met a lot of people thru the various kid programs he has attended, and I couldn't be happier! I had many wonderful ideas for Gabe's costum...

A place in the country. Thursday, September 5, 2013. Labor Day Weekend in Seaside. Gabe and I drove up to Seaside to spend the Labor Day weekend with my folks and my sister's family. We stayed at a condo right on beach. This place had it all too and the location was great. You just walk right out the door onto the boardwalk, beach, or busy shopping district. The boys had a great time in the "kiddie" pool, but they did spend time in the big pool and the hot tub too.. Enjoying a morning stroll in the surf.

A place in the country. Tuesday, June 25, 2013. I finally signed Gabe up for his first swim lesson at the aquatic center. I figured since he kept talking about going swimming, and his older cousins are taking classes, it was time to get started. He will be swimming twice a week for 4 weeks in the level 1 class.
