Monday, August 3, 2015. I don't get doctors sometimes. You get put on a medicine, they take you off of it and things get worse. I use to think back before I was on medicine that it was just me. I hate being like this. Life is overwhelming. Tuesday, January 27, 2015. What happened to that awesome Erin that would get excited over everything? Who was outgoing and spunky. Was it becoming a wife and mother? Was it just me hiding from the actual pain I was in? I wish I wasn't like this, but then again who does?

I am so in love with this apartment, I think I've already done 5 loads of laundry. just washing everything I can, just because I haven't had a washer and dryer in 4 years. We've also washed quite a few dishes too. You don't know how awesome those two appliances are until you don't have them for a long period of time. The living room and going into the kitchen. Notice the awesome heater on the wall, must be 100 years old haha.

Monday, May 21, 2012. Devils food chocolate cake, with cream cheese. Frosting. pretty much the best thing to exist. Recipe for the BEST cream cheese frosting. 1) 8 ounce package of cream cheese. 1) Cup white sugar. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream. In a small bowl, beat with a mixer the 1 1/2 cups of heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. it will look like whipped cream basically.
