The curve runs weren't so good-I still have trouble turning fast and the slippery track didn't help either today. Saturday, April 21, 2007. Breakfast:2 slices bread with margerine,jam,1 orange,milo. Lunch:rice,blackpepper chicken,omelette,cabbage and potato,carrots,milo. Before race:tri berry power gel. Race:cross country route 3.7km(15.o2min). I didnt do a pb. And i got 2nd. I was keeping up with her until the 2 stones. I felt very numb and my stomach felt soo uncomfortable then. What made me even more miserable was that HER timing wasnt even my pb. I think that disrupted my rhythm. As in the crazy mental.

Friday, January 26, 2007. Venue: macritchie time: 300- 5. Schedule: 2 rounds of 3 k route. 70 percent number of up slopes: 3 in forest, 2 in highway. Reflections: it was a fun run! We ran together as a group and 'enjoyed the scenery'. the pace was faster during the second round and we manage to avoid all the mudding spots! I manage to be more familiarise with the route eg. where are the places with mud. Venue: school time: 245-5. Schedule: long run run to bishan run back short route. Schedule: 3.3 run.
