I was born and raised in the beautiful granite state of New Hampshire and I have lived here ever since. My parents often took me and my sister to local destinations such as the Old Man of the Mountain when we were younger. As we got older, they brought us further to Disney World, and to many national parks out west, such as the Grand Canyon or Mount Rushmore, among many others! I have had the pleasure of accompanying a handful of talented bridge engineers on several field visits to inspect bridges a few months ago. After seeing these professionals get so excited about what they do for a living, I grew a new appreciation for the bridges in New Hampshire and admire how their structural soundness and beauty keep us moving, both literally and figuratively. For keeping our history alive through these bridges.
