The Guild was first formed in 1953 with a membership of 40 people. We currently have a membership of approximately 130 craftspeople, and aim to encourage learning and excellence in the skills of weaving, spinning and dyeing. Members of the Guild receive an informative Newsletter three times a year and can hire equipment and borrow books or video tapes at a nominal fee from our comprehensive library. We are affiliated to the Association of Weavers, Spinners and Dyers. 17/09/2016 - 1.30PM.

I’ve also taken the Superspin 2 class offered by Diane. And have learned loads and the talk at the Guild. Finding poor fleece is easy, discovering a source of quality fleece is harder.
