Stories Part I 故事之一. 上個星期，在公公的故鄉-Cookstown，距離我們住的地方約三十分的車程外，發生了一件每個人都覺得很毛的真實新聞事件。 H一開始開心地在ground floor靜靜地看著電視，不一會兒即聽到二樓的baby哭聲，聞聲後趕緊上樓查看，只見小嬰兒在搖籃裡不安地哭著…經過H不斷地的「喔喔寶貝乖乖」安撫後，小嬰兒慢慢地回復笑容。 12300;哇…哇…哇」才過幾分鐘，樓上的baby又哭鬧了起來! 靜語錄 Scenery of Life. 靜靜地。雨語。記錄。 Little bit of my life, yours, and ours. 每一年的七月開始，北愛爾蘭都會有個年度盛會- Bonfire Festival. 宗教分歧，不管走到哪裡都會有，而在北愛，最明顯的不出於"基督教徒" 和"天主教徒"的紛爭。 其實常常可以聽到婆婆和其它家人會說的基督教徒和天主教徒的鬥爭，嚴重到，連從簡單的地址都可以看出每個人的身分背景，有點類似大概是看台灣的某個區域，就會了解是來自什麼家族/信仰一樣吧。 聽當地人說，會有這項慶典，是因為早在四百年前，當兩大宗教依然不斷鬥爭時，其中基督徒(protestants)的某一個村民，打開了村莊的大門，讓天主教徒(Catholics)進入基督徒的領域…之後protestants 就把這個村民視為叛徒，起了場聖火，當眾活活地把他燒死了。 後來這項event就一直被流傳了下來，每年的七月一號開始，北愛爾蘭的週末，都會有假人和local band 表演，晚上十點，重演四年多年前的歷史故事。 訂閱： 張貼留言 (Atom). 搜尋此網誌 Search this BLOG.

靜語錄 Scenery of Life. 靜靜地。雨語。記錄。 Little bit of my life, yours, and ours. 類鰻烤魚肚- Eel like BBQ milkfish. 適量醬油、米酒、現磨黑胡椒粒、薑末、白芝蔴. 1。將魚肚洗淨後，加入香料，放在乾淨的塑膠袋中平放三十分鐘醃漬，同時烤箱先預熱。 2。放入烤箱，魚肚面向上，開上火，250度，五分鐘後，即完成! 另外一道，也是很常出現在我們家的湯，MISO SOUP! 詳情做法，請參考 這裡。 不過這次Jing用的食材，比較不一樣的地方是，Jing特別加入了去皮的牛蕃茄和洋蔥一起熬煮做湯底，也把蛤蜊換成了草蝦; 少了磨菇和魚肚…. Been 30 years time.這三十年來. 回到北愛已近一個星期，時差感覺上調得差不多，雖然還是會在很奇怪的時間感覺到非常地想睡覺…. 回想過去待在娘家兩個多禮拜的時間，是非常地愉快且難忘難得的，萬萬想不到，即將展開的距離可以讓人看清楚這麼多的事情，而這跟我們一般所了解的「距離」真的是大不同滴。 爸媽全程招待我們去日月潭玩，一行人七個大人，三對夫妻加上瑪麗，又有點像是公司家族旅遊團，非常快樂的一天! 離台的那一天，爸媽載我們南下小港，去接薰妹後，驅車前往小港，一路上都是由Jing駕駛，不過在要去機場的路上時，我卻不小心開到了北上而非南下的路線，我想，我當時的下意識是真的很想就跟著爸媽再回雲林吧! 其實我們人都是一樣的，七情六慾都不會因為外表有何改變。當我們常常可以看到彼此時，往往就不會去特別珍惜。 三十年來，感覺上像是白活了…Jing很深深地因為距離，了解到我是多麼地愛爸爸! Mussels and Pasta 簡單易做淡菜義大利麵. 在英國外食不像台灣便宜又方便，in the UK，常常上個館子，特別是義大利類異國料理，往往一餐下來(湯 主餐 飲料 甜點)一個人就要台幣上千元，愛吃美食的Jing，為了健康和不想讓荷包大失血，開始決定自已動手做做看! 2-一小瓶白酒，約300 c.c.(. 等煮麵的過程，另起鍋，加熱倒入少許Extra Virgin Olive Oil，放入. 罐頭蕃茄和甜椒，待滾後，倒入淡菜，白酒也全部一起入食材，加入少許鹽巴，蓋上鍋蓋轉大火，約三分鐘時間，用熱氣將淡菜燜開。 中，讓奶油香和食材完美融合在一起，再把煮好的義大利 麵現撈起來，或在所有的食材裡，吸收湯汁菁華。 5-最後再把新鮮 lime juice加入，綜合所有食物的味道! 訂閱： 張貼留言 (Atom). 搜尋此網誌 Search this BLOG. Fusion Style Mince 英台吮指魯肉飯. 3- 夾在兩片吐司間，再用toast sandwich maker把外皮夾烤成酥脆三明治(熱噴噴80年代復古吃法)、. 好啦，趁著Jing對食材及製作方法還記憶猶新時，快點把食譜做一下分享/記錄。 1-新鮮牛絞肉約一磅重(450克)- 註:沒有選擇用豬絞肉是因為在英國的豬肉採不放血制度，故豬肉吃起來聽說會有很不舒服的血腥味，所以Jing 不想冒險，就改用牛絞肉囉. 11-英國X.O. 牛肉用cube 一顆. 12-Bisto Gravy original powder. 1-將紅蔥頭、洋蔥、青蔥、胡蘿蔔丁和大蒜爆香炒軟，加入香料。 3-加入醬油、水及xo cube，這時請別忘了也要把去殼的水煮蛋也一起加入喔! 5-最後將gravy powder 用水攪拌均勻後，慢慢倒入醬汁中，快速攪拌，以防凝結在一起。 吃了這道菜之後，說真的，就是…滿足啦! 訂閱： 張貼留言 (Atom).
