Basically it's my own version of Bolognese sauce with lots of beef and healthy veggies. :) I made a nice appetizer of fresh mozzarella.mmmmmm so gooood! Drizzled with balsamic, olive oil, salt and pepper and that's pretty close to heaven folks! For my pasta sauce, I used 90/10 ground beef, a chopped onion, celery, carrots, GARLIC (of course! We just went for a nice 3 mile walk on base and it really tired me out, so I thought I'd veg out and update here! Summer is flying by as usual, here's a pic of me and babeh from the fireworks on the 4th. We had a great time and it was nice and cool by the water! Basically you roast some cauliflower-. Grate up some cheez. Add the cheez and cauliflower, mix and put in a baking dish. 2 T olive oil.
