Fruit (approx 80 calories/0 calories from protein/80 from carbs/ 0 from fat). 1% Milk – 8 ounces or 240mL (100/20/48/32). Polly-O string cheese (80/50/2/28). 3 Hard Boiled Egg Whites (60/39/12/2). 150 – 200 Calories. Banana and Peanut Butter.
