Whack-a-mole and hot flesh | Frugilegus
https://frugilegus.wordpress.com/2011/02/02/whack-a-mole-and-hot-flesh
Things found and grown. February 2, 2011. Whack-a-mole and hot flesh. Posted by frugilegus under Things that grow. Hello It’s been a while. Sometimes life throws a lot of bastard-things at you all at once and gardening has to stop for a while whilst you stamp on the bastards and try to throw them back. It’s been a bit like whack-a-mole. Leeks planted at an inappropriate time in inappropriate places continue as they were – unperturbed by bad weather, threats to the nation’s forests. The Alpine strawberrie...

The Ark Cottage Garden. Learning gardening by getting out there and doing it! November 10, 2010. How Time Does Fly. Posted by Ria under Flowers. When you’re not gardening. I am, as some people might call me, more of a seasonal gardener right now. When winter comes, I much prefer the thought of curling up indoors with a good book and a cup of coffee than slogging it away out back. But there are just one or two more jobs I’d like to get done before. I hang up my tools till Spring. Looking forward to see yo...

Dribblings from the watering can of one gardening life. About me and my Gardens. Bye bye Layer Marney *sob* →. July 10, 2014. On Tuesday Mum and I made our annual RHS Flower show trip and 2014 is a Hampton Court year. Pimms, pretty flowers and rain were the standout features, as usual. Esther’s Garden Notes and Photos
Esther’s Garden Notes and Photos. Monday, March 10, 2014. Properly done, the tree shouldn't lean backwards. I didn't put the supports far enough away from the wall. They aren't there now.). At first that didn't matter. Our children were small and needed a lawn. Leather-jackets ate the lawn every year and every year we sowed a new one. That's the advantage of a little garden. Ecclesiastes 4:12 says A cord of three strands is not quickly broken. Allow the third cord in your marriage to be love/God. Start with Him and you’ll finish with him successfully. I pray that this song by Randy and Shannon Petrescue called It Takes Three. Will encourage you this to include God as the third strand in your marriage.
