I made one layer "red" (looks more like pink) and then had a layer of vanilla ice cream, then one layer of "blue" (that turned out more greenish blue). It's a chocolate cupcake liner, a brownie inside topped with some mint chocolate chip ice cream, then frosted with buttercream frosting with some sprinkles. I thought that brownies sounded good, but I think I'll just stick with cake instead of brownies because the brownies were really hard to eat once frozen. It was so easy to make! You must try it!
