Eternal, My Hope Springs. Monday, January 4, 2010. Sunday was my first day on Weight Watchers and I think it was pretty successful. I signed up for the monthly pass plan which means that I pay $39.95 each month and it is automatically taken out of my account. This means that I didn't have to pay a registration fee and do not have to pay each week I go to a meeting. For breakfast I had 3/4 cup of cinnamon chex, 1 cup of milk and a glass of water. Eternal, My Hope Springs. Wednesday, January 6, 2010. Today was day 4 of my weight loss adventure. I had a really great day, and was surprised how much I was able to eat, yet still end my day with 4 points remaining! This morning I got up early and had breakfast with Patrick. I had 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and 1/2 of a peach, as well a tall glass of ice water. I am nervous for weigh-in day and hope that I lost some weight! Hope springs eternal in the human breast;. I keep thinking about Sunday's weigh-in and hope that I will have lost at least 2 lbs! I had another successful day and hope for the same tomorrow! Happy 1st Birthday Cooper! One year ago today at 7:52 am Cooper came into this world weighing 9 lb.s 6 oz! It has a been a great year and he has added so much to our family. I think the most endearing thing about him is his infectious smile. He draws people in (family, friends and strangers) with his big grin. He went to the doctor today and weighs in at 25 lbs 12 oz. Over spring break we took a short trip to Williamsburg/Jamestown with my Dad. We had a great time and even braved the rides at Busch Gardens.
