Life After Retirement: December 2010
http://afterretirement.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Friday, December 31, 2010. Well just one more day and 2011 begins. I can't help but wonder what this new year will bring. Many exciting things are on the horizon - which ones will come to pass? I know that Wes and Susan are going to Romania, Richard is going to Spain, and Susan receives her MBA and we are working on a celebration trip for that event. Ring in the new year with a prayer and a shout! Posted by Life After Retirement. Labels: Happy New Year. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Texas, United States.

Life After Retirement: It's here!
http://afterretirement.blogspot.com/2011/01/its-here.html
Saturday, January 01, 2011. Date night last night - dinner, movie and a little shopping. We were home, off the roads before the drunks were out. We did last until midnight, welcomed the new year and went to bed. Today has been a half lazy day. Watched a little football and did a little house cleaning. It will be alarm clock time again tomorrow and back to work on Monday. Posted by Life After Retirement. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Texas, United States. View my complete profile.

Life After Retirement: August 2010
http://afterretirement.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Sunday, August 15, 2010. I am truly a gadget geek. I want all new things when they first come out. I got this from my dad who loved gadgets as well. Posted by Life After Retirement. Monday, August 09, 2010. I am definitely not a housewifey wife. I am not fond of housework even though I like a clean and orderly home. I remember when my firstborn came along, people said "Don't worry about the housework, he will only be young for a little while. The housework will still be there.". She sure looks happy.

Monday, February 21, 2011. Feeling so puny today. Had a touch of the stomach bug yesterday and now I still feel drugged from the meds I took. I need to go to the gym for my strength training but all I want to do is go home and go to bed. Well, off to the gym. Posted by Life After Retirement. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Wednesday, March 19, 2014. It's Been a While. . . Again. So I realize it has been quite a while yet again since I have updated the good ol' family blog! I always mean to sit down and write and keep up with what is going on around here, because I KNOW one day I will wish I had more to remember these hard but fleeting years. Things around here are crazy and fun and tiring all wrapped up into one. It does help that he is seriously amazing at it. Right now we are working on first time obedience, not aski...

Mark, Kristen, Reid, and Owen's Life. . .: Christmas Festivities 2014: Painting Ornaments
http://markandkristenclifton.blogspot.com/2015/01/christmas-festivities-2014-painting.html
Saturday, January 17, 2015. Christmas Festivities 2014: Painting Ornaments. Christmas is always one of my favorite times of the year simply because it means getting together with people you love and care about and doing projects that will hopefully translate into memories. Even though this Christmas kind of felt like I was in a fog due to adjusting to life with a newborn, I still wanted to attempt just a few different things with our boys to ensure they had a good holiday season. Monday, December 29, 2014. So this year we were able to get the tree up right after thanksgiving. This was a good thing because I happened to still be pregnant at the time! It was a good night for me with minimal contractions so decorate away we did! This is our last year to use this little tree as we bought a brand new one at Hobby lobby's after christmas sale! It has been good to us, but we needed something a little taller and with lights that all worked. All in all a great tree trimming! All in all a ...
