Last August, we moved, with our daughter, Lauren, to a comfortable home that has central air conditioning and heat, and plenty of room for Ethan's equipment and therapy. And, we will all become stronger in the process. Right? We've got to get this guy walking! Night-times are better; but, still very interrupted. I turn him over...

Friday, July 1, 2011. The Begining of a New Era. On the wall, just before the waiting room, at Hope Therapy. After a 2-year "sabbatical", Ethan is back to a therapy regimen that will surely test our determination and fortitude, especially during these long, hot, Summer months. Getting acquainted with his new PT. He's tolerating his stander well, here at home; and, I'm hopeful that will help him in the Lite Gait (treadmill) at Hope Therapy. He "walked" for 6 minutes yesterday on this special machine!

Friday, September 23, 2011. My baby is 2! Tuesday was an exciting day in our home.Ethan turned 2! Birthdays are always an exciting time but this particular one held a little more importance. Exactly 7 months earlier Ethan was severely burned over nearly 30% of his body with 3rd degree burns and we didn't know whether he would make it through the night or next week. We prayed hard in those first few days. We so badly wanted more time with our precious baby boy. Ethan brings so much happiness to our family.
