What is RACI? | Consultant's Mind
http://www.consultantsmind.com/2015/05/18/what-is-raci
Consulting Skills, Tools, and Tips. What do consultants do? May 18, 2015. This is a tool consultants use on any project which requires clear definition of roles and more communication on a new process. When you have more than a handful of people involved, it’s very easy to get confused and make incorrect assumptions on who is doing what. Confusion = frustration = lack of adoption = failure. RACI (or RASCI) is an abbreviation for:. R – Responsible. Who does the work. A – Accountable. Who has the final say.

Why Apple Watch will be a Success - Bearing Consulting
http://blog.bearing-consulting.com/2015/04/26/why-apple-watch-will-be-a-success
Why Apple Watch will be a Success. April 26, 2015. Back in February, I wrote an article. About the Apple Watch, and how it is Apple s first potentially disruptive innovation since the launch of the iPad five years ago. My main point was that the Apple Watch, in true Apple style, was positioned as a status and fashion item more than as a functional item. The other day about some of the 3,500 apps that are already available for the watch, and she concluded that so far, there are no killer apps . With notif...
