Monday, February 19, 2007. Would society be different today if slave owners treated slaves in a different manner? Everything around us influences our feelings and emotions. Even those that are negative and untrue. That stays with us and then we pass it down generations and generations. With the cartoons, it made it seem like the whites did no harm and treated the blacks fairly. How could people just sit back and believe all of this. Could no man stand up for his fellow black man? The Power of an Illusion.
