This is a site where you can find easy microwavable meals. Tuesday, March 21, 2006. 1& a half cup Italian bread crumbs. 3 pieces any chicken (approximately three inches across and 1/2 inch thick). Heat oven to 450 degrees f then in a frying pan melt butter then dip raw chicken in it then dip the buttered chicken into the crumbs and put into a baking pan and cook till chicken reaches 170 degrees f.
