So I just went ahead and made both. It didn't take much time or energy. The Palak (spinach)-dal will be uploaded under dals very soon. Bhindi (ladies finger or okra).abt 250 - 300gms. Coriander pwdr.2 tsps. Red chilli.1/2 tsp or acc to taste. Aamchoor.3/4 tsp this is dry mango powder. Cumin seeds.3/4 tsp.

Red chilli pwdr.1/4 tsp or acc to taste. Coriander pwdr.1 n 1/4 tsp. Cumin seeds.1/4 tsp. Green chilli.2-3, whole. Cumin seeds.1/2 tsp. Skin, dice and boil lauki in salted water.
