I'm now back at the hotel and have time to do a bit of packing before heading out to watch the game at pub/restaurant/bar nearby (it'll be on everywhere). My next post will be from NZ! I've been managing to shop and do not much else cos they've got 150mm of rain since Sunday. Yick!

Thursday, January 25, 2007. Blinded by the lights. As promised, today the skies cleared and it was sunny blue skies. Unfortunately my eyes were not able to cope and I had to squint and block the sun with my hand until the sun found some clouds to hide behind. One thing that was very cool about the clear day was that I could see the mountains. They're like right behind the city! The comet is still in the sky-somewhere behind the humidity .you will find the trek up Mt Hobson a breeze after Whistler! Goodby...

Tuesday, January 30, 2007. Wow, sounds like that trip was really life changing! January 30, 2007 at 8:14 PM. Man I can't believe how fast everything is going, you're already home! I've only got one more week of my course, and am starting to get very sad, but at the same time am excited about travelling around Europe, stupid feelings they're so confused! Tuesday, January 23, 2007. Yesterday we arrived in Vancouver and parted ways. I checked into my hotel, Rob and Nicole headed home via Fiji and Eric hopped on a plane bound for Europe. The rain here is discouraging me from heading outside, but I think I'll make it to the huge shopping mall in the central city next. Friday, December 29, 2006. Snowflakes, trees and more snow. It's now the end of my first 3 days of awesome skiing. (I'm feeling much better since my last post by the way.) The lifts close at 3:30pm cos that's when the sun sets (! So I got covered in hundreds of the cutest tiny stars while sitting on the lift.
