I'm not totally convinced, but what I'm reading is reminding me of Weight Watcher old "Core" program with some extra rules and regulations. I'm going to read more before I completely dive in. Alexander's been having some tummy troubles, and barely any appetite.but he seems to be into eating bread. I figure it's got 7g of protein, and it's whole wheat- it's better than nothing! Working out the kitchenaid mixer. Finished the socks I was knitting. BBQ at the pool.but for Alexander, it was all about the pool. Work, work work.

I went to Kohl's last night to do a little bit of shopping for work. I forgot how unforgiving those florescent lights can be. I went to WEight Watchers during lunch today, and joined up post haste. Banana mini-muffins for Alexander. Homemade roast garlic hummus.Yummmmm. And finally a little bit of drum practice.apparently the drums needed tuning.

I'm working on a new project about my Chinese notebook, that I have developed while I was living in Taiwan and learning chinese. Since I left this island it is difficult to keep feeding that blog for the moment so I'll continue over there from now on. However, I see that there are always readers who pass by and I want to thank them.
