http://finkraftcoaching.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
Wednesday, October 13, 2010. In memory of Paolo Zenoni. It deeply saddens me having to cope with the reality of his passing at such a young age leaving the most beautiful family behind, something that I will never understand or cannot ever come to terms with the fact that it had to happen to a wonderful person like Paolo. My prayers each night will be for Paolo's family to stay strong and may Paolo rest in peace. I will never forget you my friend! My dear friend - I will miss you ,. Live Boulder Run Bolder.

Friday, September 16, 2011. Be ready when the gun goes off in CX. CX is here and it is a different sport from what we have been doing so far this year -:). I know it is pedaling a bike like on the road or on a Mtn bike and the guy or girl who goes the fastest wins , but what makes CX so different from the other cycling disciplines is the preparation before the gun goes off. When you pack up your car going to the race ; bring EVERYTHING you own cycling and cyclocross related! Tubes if you race on clinchers.

Friday, September 9, 2011. Key here is obviously TIME and PATIENCE. I can NOT ride my bike basically for 5-6 Months and to be sure of a full and complete recovery NOT RACE for a year. I know giving it the proper time to heal will be something I will appreciate when I do get back to training and racing. Thanks again for your understanding and support. http://finkraftcoaching.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Monday, June 21, 2010. Today was a big day for the FinKraft Camp, I personally have dreamt all my life ( well as long as I been cycling ) about riding up and over Mortirolo and the Gavia Pass , those are the climbs you always hear about and both of them have made such a difference in the Giro every time the race has gone over these epic and legendary mountains .( no different this year). I wonder where I am going to sit? Mark is thinking ;not back here. This hill does not let up and it is like lifting we...

http://zimcyclingtales.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Mud on the Tires. Tuesday, March 23, 2010. Central Park Sprint Finish. Here is a taste of what it is like in a sprint at Central Park. I believe I was in the top 15? If you play it a few times in slow-mo you can see me wearing my bright green sunglasses and all black kit. Also notice the recreational cyclist who never got out of the way and almost got nailed on the right side. Serves them right! Monday, March 22, 2010. Race season has begun! Other things on my mind. Thinking about finishing my Masters.

Mud on the Tires. Monday, May 24, 2010. Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity. Is split second our muscles and brain make a decision whether to continue down the path of mediocre or rise up. Many changes are coming my way in the near future. I'm relectent to share these ideas yet because it is not set in stone. But if we never waited for good news then what would we have to appreciate? Was another upset for the most part. I had the most beautiful and hard working girl,. In the feed zone.
