Bellies Racing Blog...: Finally found the break...
http://andy-bell.blogspot.com/2010/07/finally-found-break.html
Monday, July 12, 2010. Finally found the break. Finally the CT Scan has revealed a break in my left coracoid process. You can clearly see it on the scan below. Lucky break really - another 10% and it would have totally been broken off. The good news is it will heal without complications and I should be back on the bike within 3 weeks. Bellies Racing Blog...: Scott 24 race report.
http://andy-bell.blogspot.com/2007/10/scott-24-race-report.html
Tuesday, October 16, 2007. Scott 24 race report. I went into this race very relaxed. It was no longer a Championship event so that pressure was taken away. But it is still the world’s largest MTB event. With 101 riders lining up for the open mens category it was never going to be an easy race. Thanks to my support crew for keeping myself and my bike running flawlessly throughout the event. Also to the many people supporting out on course and from afar over the weekend, it never goes unnoticed. La...I was...

htfu kid: May 2009
http://htfu.entyr.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
This blog contains the daily grind of a bloke striving to be a mediocre cyclist. A bunch of training logs, with some comments thrown in to keep me amused (it's ok for you to be amused as well). Be warned, this site contains references to poop. Sunday, 31 May 2009. With the Powerful Owl. ITT a couple of weeks away, and a nice clear afternoon on offer, I felt it would be good to go do some laps of Dickey's paddock. For a quick whip around and a good chat. 1 x 500m Run. 50 (25es) x Step Ups @ 24kg. Elapsed ...

Bellies Racing Blog...: Product Review - Ay Up Lights
http://andy-bell.blogspot.com/2007/12/product-review-ay-up-lights.html
Monday, December 10, 2007. Product Review - Ay Up Lights. Once again an Australian company (very important to me) and once again producing a product that excels in what it sets out to achieve. I was initially blown away by the physical size and minimal weight. This is what attracted me to investigate further on their function and practical use as a new enduro. Don’t over volt the LED’s they aren. In four 24 hour events and the only time I would have liked to have the Vicious strapped to my helmet was at ...

Bellies Racing Blog...: Tour de Timor all wrapped up...
http://andy-bell.blogspot.com/2010/09/tour-de-timor-all-wrapped-up.html
Tuesday, September 21, 2010. Tour de Timor all wrapped up. After entering this event I didn't really know what to expect. I knew a few people who raved about it last year, so I had big expectation. Did it deliver? The stages were pretty amazing. We had a great mix of fast rolling flats, Paris-Roubaix style flats, relentless climbs up to the clouds, rolling loose and rocky descents, and steep in your face climbs. Did I mention there were climbs? A great sunset fron the UN Beach in Dili. The team minus Sim...

Monday, September 13, 2010. Stage 1: Dili to Balibo (From Robyn). AJ came across the line first. Simon (Knowles) came in 8th, and Andy was 15th. Andy had a nice crash but managed to do a good tuck as he hit the ground and spared injuring his shoulder again! Ben and Rohin finished behind the other 2 . all still adjusting to the climate, the environment and getting ready for Day 2. Sleep well in the 29C heat, guys. Hope those mozzies aren't biting! Bellies Racing Blog...: Scott wrap up...
http://andy-bell.blogspot.com/2008/10/scott-wrap-up.html
Wednesday, October 15, 2008. This is where my weekend started. Leaving Melbourne Thursday afternoon in the Kona van with my brother, Daniel. I have made it a tradition of mine to camp somewhere off the Hume every year I have travelled north for this event. Always somewhere different. Friday morning we woke to a fresh but beautiful day, only 2 hours of driving to do before reaching Mt Stromlo. Still rolling, but the pain is beginning to build. Here I am again on the big screen. Bit scary hey? Well done be...

Bellies Racing Blog...: Product Review - Mavic Cycling Shoes (Chasm & Zxellum)
http://andy-bell.blogspot.com/2009/03/i-have-now-been-wearing-these-shoes.html
Saturday, March 14, 2009. Product Review - Mavic Cycling Shoes (Chasm and Zxellum). O as far as I am concerned they are a fantastic shoe. Also worth a mention for both models is the handy inclusion of lines on the sole to make setting cleat up a cinch. I don't think they are in many shops yet, but if you go to your favorite bike shop they should be able to order a set in for you. Those shoes are looking pretty cool. A cyclist needs comfortable shoes. Performance Bike. April 30, 2009 at 9:29 PM. Product R...
