An historian based in the UK with particular interests in Anglican evangelicalism, church and state, and the religious arts. He has published on topics as diverse as the evangelical use of new music for worship, and the relationship of Anglican evangelicals with Michael Ramsey, archbishop of Canterbury. During the day he works at a very large red library on the Euston Road.
