I am doing very well with the positive self talk and visualization, but I am scared shit less. Makes perfect sense to me that I would be. People's answers are always the same: Don't think like that. It's not fair to the baby to think like that. You can't let those thoughts in. Think positive thoughts only. It won't happen again. You will be fine. Loss of a child.
