At EFC we have both commercial and Upick cherries, and peaches. From the sour pie cherries Montmorency to dark sweet Bings and delicate yellow Rainiers, there is a variety for everyone. The season lasts about 3-4 weeks and we are open 7 days a week, 9am - 7pm. We are now open for the season. 9am-7pm every day of the week. We currently have dark sweet cherries, a few sour cherries and peaches are getting ripe! Come out and enjoy the rich taste of late season fruit. Located at 701 State Rd Mosier, OR 97040.

There are not as many Ranier(yellow) for the early part of the season but the Bing and dark cherry crop looks to be very good. We opened Saturday June 30th with Bings, Vans, and Rainier all being picked. They will continue to ripen all week as the sour cherries get ready for harvesting around the 7th of July. A periodic update of a family growing cherries at Evans Fruit Company in Mosier, Oregon. Wednesday, June 6, 2012. There was great weather for blossom pollination which had led to a good size crop. The yield per tree will be much better than the last 2 years. Harvest still probably won't be as late as last year but the cool wet weather isn't helping ripen the fruit. So far all the rain has keep the soil moist but it will need to stop in about a week or else the fruit will begin to risk cracking.
