We had our family Thanksgiving dinner early on the Sunday before the holiday, since the kids were not going to be with us on Thursday. It was wonderful though! We did have a water scare on Sat. night though, no water in the well until about 11am on Sun. Yikes, imagine making a Thanksgiving dinner without running water.
