It was about a year ago when the McAdie family was last in my studio - for maternity photos. The kids are growing up so fast, and it was so fun to see their smiles. Emma's quite the little poser and I have been invited over for a play date (better bring my nieces - haha). Wedding - Jasmine and Jordan. What a fabulous wedding I shot with Anita Chapman! I have been blessed over and over again with great weddings. Jasmine and Jordan were absolutely fabulous and so was the weather :). A little sun flare.

Last Saturday, I shot my first wedding as a lead-shooter. I thought I was going to be more nervous, but surprisingly, I wasn't. Vancouver 2010 Olympic Shoot #1. With just under two weeks to go before the Olympic Opening Ceremonies, Michelle and I went out galavanting around Vancouver to do some pre-olympic shooting. Last fall, I had the chance to photograph the rigging of the olympic banners on the Hudson's Bay Company building downtown, and last night, I got a finished night-time shot! It rained all evening, but not too hard. These photos are all SOC (straight out of camera). Canada Place sails sporting the Olympic colours.

Welcome family, friends, and blog visitors! It has been one heck of a year and I have so many people to thank for helping me get this far! My good friend, and fellow photographer, Anita. Did my card last year as well as this year, and she did a fabulous job as always! Last year I was barefoot in the rain, but this year was a little too cold for bare feet. I honestly would have done it, but the -10 degrees celcius weather and bitter wind, caused my brain to forget about the bare-feet-cool-factor.
