I got my nifty Microsoft Band for my birthday and they have all sorts of pre-programmed training plans to choose from, and there was a 6-week half training plan that looked good. At 126 miles, I told myself I needed to run for, “no more than 5 minutes” and I’d be done. So…. That’s what I did. I crossed the finish in 1:56:44 with an average pace of 8:55!
