PREPARING FOR AN EVERESTING. 8211; Make sure you thoroughly understand the rules of what is considered an acceptable climb. For a full run down on the rules head here. 8211; Choose a climb that suits your strengths as a cyclist. Too shallow a gradient and you will be doing one hellava lot of kilometres leading to an extra long day in the saddle.
