Monday, January 16, 2012. Everglade Fishing Charters Fishing Report for Jan. 2012. FANTASTIC FISHING AND BEAUTIFUL WEATHER. The fishing has been fantastic for the last few weeks, even the week the wind was blowing up to 25 mph the fishing was good. For the last few days the wind has laid back down finally and it is a beautiful day.high of 76 with easterly winds of about 5-10 knots.the rest of the week is suppose to be 2-7 knots.wow, can you believe this weather.
