Saturday, November 3, 2012. We have had wonderful fall weather, so we took Jack to play at the park. He always has the best time when we go! Friday, November 2, 2012. Our cousins came to visit! The Houston Ellisons came to visit, and we all had a great time. The adults had fun visiting and catching up, and the little ones had a great time running, playing, snacking, and being with each other! We enjoyed a lazy Saturday morning eating breakfast and lounging in our pajamas. Time for some dinner.

Thursday, July 26, 2012. Colorado Trip- Days 9 and 10. After a wonderful week in Breckenridge, it was time to head back to Texas. We made the same trip as before, stopping halfway in Dalhart. Sunday, March 10, 2013. We surprised Jack with a Valentine's breakfast last month. We had a couple of small gifts for him, and he loved it! Is that for me? The play-doh was a big hit. Jack enjoyed his red and pink breakfast- toast with strawberry cream cheese and strawberries. Mickey and Minnie rang in the New Year together. They had a fun time playing all night! Sunday, March 3, 2013. Christmas in San Angelo. A highlight was getting to go for rides in Grandpa's golf cart. Fun with Nathan and Emily!

Monday, December 31, 2012. Making Breakfast with Daddy. Jack loves to help in the kitchen. Between rolling out the dough, cutting out buscuits, and sneaking bites of the dough, he was quite the helper making breakfast! Meghan and I took Jack and Makenna to see Disney on Ice, and Jack had a great time! He has been talking about it since. Sunday, September 1, 2013. On our way home from mom and dads this summer, we stopped in at Como, Texas to a Friesian Farm and spent 4 hours riding Friesian horses! Terry is on Maggie. She is pregnant with her first baby. Maybe that baby will end up ours? I am on Rudy. He came from Michigan! He was a lot taller than Maggie. Terry also rode English on another horse. He did very well that day. It was a lot of fun together. Me and Rudy. I had to use a step up to get on him! Me and Tropical Rider.

Thursday, May 24, 2012. It's Not Easy Being Cheesy. Like most people I know, I love cheese.just not on my thighs. Even though cheese can be a good source of calcium and some protein, it isn't always the easiest on the waistline. We all know by now that Greek yogurt is a great source of protein and can be used in baking and cooking. Did you know you can turn it into cheese? Once the liquid is drained overnight, you are left with a soft creamy cheese that is about the same consistency as cream cheese.
