Tuesday, March 15, 2011. Sheen and I spent some time on Saturday doing a little yard work and getting the garden spot tilled. It was great, because for the first time ever, we were able to watch the boys play together outside. By themselves. Happily. My favorite part was watching Isaiah roam the yard, playground equipment, motorized toys, etc. I get to first see him figure stuff out. Discover how things work. He's becoming rather independent. It's going to be a great summer. Either way, I know they'll be playing on the same team that matters. And that team is the body of Christ, winning souls for the kingdom! POWERFUL, in soooo many ways. It will be exciting to watch! I googled Selah :). 1/27/11, 9:51 AM. P s - I like the look of your blog :). 1/27/11, 9:52 AM. Room full of chaos and laughter! 1/27/11, 10:49 AM. Alexis our 10 yr old who has blossomed into a beautiful and smart young lady learned not only how to bait her fish but also to cast it out into the water. You could just see the sheer happiness of her accomplishments on her face each time she cast her line across the water. I was one proud aunt! The Journey of a thousand miles. Thursday, March 24, 2011. Something Old, Nothing New*. Spring is in the air! Oh how I love this cool/hot season. Birds are chirping, trees are blooming, and the windows are always up! Speaking of windows I do have a small complaint about having to listen to trains all night long! Seriously do you have to blow your engine at 3:00 a.m every single morning? We took family vacations but most of the time it was based around where I was playing ball that weekend! The Journey of a thousand miles. Thursday, November 4, 2010. I need a moment. This post is rather ugly. Just a warning. My flesh has been creeping up on me a whole lot this week. When I say a lot I mean an abundance. I have noticed that in order for me to deal with it sometimes I have to just lay it all out and walk away. My problem is simply this.I don't want to wait anymore! I want my daughter/son here in my arms. I want to finally be a family. I want to be normal. Fleshy huh? I know.I am sorry. Waterm...
