This dish serves 4. 1 medium sized Brinjal. 1 tablespoon coriander seeds. 1 tablespoon mustard seeds. 1 tablespoon cumin seeds. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder. 1 teaspoon red hot hcilli powder. 1/4 teaspoon tamrind juice. 1/4 cup cut green peppers. 1 cup sliced Onions. 1/2 cup cut tomatoes. 1 medoum sized baked potato. 3 tablespoon cooking oil. Slit the brinjal from the crown towards the bottom in three different places to check for any worms inside.

Add 1 cup water at first and mix again . Add 1 and 1/2 cup more water to get the batter to a flowing consistency. Make sure the batter is mixed well and the dough doesnt stick to the bottom of the bowl.

Soak the rice in cold water with a pich of salt fo 30 minutes. Heat oil in the cooking pan .
