The only change I made was to bake the pies on Silpat. Sheets instead of parchment paper. Be careful not to over bake them, they taste so good when they are moist. I found these wonderful birch baskets on New Hampshire Creation's Etsy shop. These birch baskets are made by hand from by floral designer Allie and her husband, Chuck. The baskets are made to order from already fallen trees. The pair also make birch vases, grapevine baskets, boxes and accept custom orders. Links to this post.

Everyday is a new adventure. With three boys, multiple interests, a husband and a job outside the home. Wednesday, March 21, 2018. Yesterday my encouragement and pushing paid off and I think I have a new running 🏃🏻 partner! Makes my ❤️ happy! Do keep in mind the differences in the two of us -. If we were running one mile, he'd beat me by 2:00 minutes. At 2 miles, he had to work to keep up with me and I slowed down a bit for a 17:31 for 2.1 miles. Thursday, March 1, 2018.
