Looking at the ordinary. Everyday observations, some news and some photos. Time on the hands. It feels like back in those times when I first came back to Singapore, or when I was in London. I had time. I wasn’t rushing off to do this or that. I had time to spend at home/in my room. For someone like me who gets restless easily, having time on my hands is hard. I took my meds. Wonder if not sleeping well was a factor. I find it hard to sleep these days. Too much worrying. Strength wise, I can’t tell. Looking at the ordinary. Everyday observations, some news and some photos. For the first time in years, I had a free Sunday and I’m not climbing. As always, I’m one of the first to wake up. Hungry, I went down for breakfast. Felt a tad guilty eating prata when I’m not exercising as much. But the control over food will come later. Then walked to the town centre to have tea.
