Tuesday, December 6, 2011. Day 4 - Snowmen. We had a Christmas party lat night, which meant the kids had a sitter. Our regular sitter was not available, but she was able to send over a friend. Many people don't know about this show, as it was only on for a few weeks, but my husband and I loved it. Monday, January 6, 2014. Week 1 - Warm. These can be made in any size and are a great way to use up the scraps in your fabric stash. You can heat them in the microwave for a minute or two and use to ease sore muscles or kept in the freezer for emergency boo boos. I filled these warmers with rice, scented with a little lavender oil, but you can also use wheat and different oils, based on your preference. As I said these are super easy to put together and you can easily make 5 or 6 in 30 or 40 minutes.

We went all out and had tons of fun and tasty treats for the girls, but the most popular snack was the Werther's Caramel Popcorn. I had not tried their popcorn, or even new Werther's made anything except for hard candies, but thanks to MommyParties and their wonderful Munch 'n Movie party pack we had the opportunity to give this wonderful treat a try. Saturday, November 2, 2013. Party Fun - Caramel Apples. With all the other party preparations that needed to be done I didn't want to have to worry about making caramel. So, I used Werther's new baking caramels. These caramels are a delicious addition to Werther's line of candies and were perfect the perfect coating for the apples. The caramel melted evenly, was wonderfully smooth and easy to use. Their ease and taste could easily convince me to never make caramel from scratch again. We Make We Learn.
