Sunday, January 13, 2008. My Smoke Detector Goes Off Randomly. Smoke Nothing. I couldn't smell anything good or bad or any smell. That's how I like my apartment: no smells. Since the alarm had gone off and stopped on it's own, I went back to bed. Three minutes later (just as my eyes closed again), *BEEP BEEP* and then nothing. Bloody Hell! I panicked. Why would the alarm be going off? And it did it's little *BEEP BEEP* thing again. Oh, I lost it. I was going straight for the National Guard's number!

I know my sauces, am comfortable with a knife, and have an idea what all of the spices in my cabinet can do to a dish.
