Everyday Ruralty: Run,piggies.Run!

http://www.everydayruralty.com/2014/11/runpiggiesrun.html

Thursday, November 13, 2014. We have a small group of piglets that like to venture away from momma pig when during daylight hours. They will only go so far from their momma=dinner. I have a habit of squealing the word "PIGGIES" in a very high pitched tone whenever I see them out and about. Here is what usually happens. The piglets are peacefully eating leftover sweet potatoes in the field. Then I yell "PIGGIES". They all start running. Some even run like rabbits. The running slows to an indifferent walk.

Fine Martial Fiber: Now We Wait

http://sketchesandmore.blogspot.com/2015/08/now-we-wait.html

Chronicling the arts of my life. Thursday, August 06, 2015. I finally rounded up and turned the very last thing I needed to get my mortgage taken care of. Now we wait. I'm so ready to get into my new house. Beverly and James are going to give me quite a bit of furniture that they aren't taking back to Texas with them, so I'll be all set. A couch, a chair, a couple of cabinets, and an entertainment center so far. I'm knitting all this homemade yarn up into a giant scarf which I will felt when I'm done.

My 2 Nigerian goats may one day give milk to make cheese, ice cream and etc. But I have many other "animals" that have even more importance. They are my family, politics, and education. Hope you enjoy my posts and laugh while reading my blog. Monday, July 15, 2013. Dottie Belle Had 2 Doe Kids. Dottie Belle with her 2 doelings. Connor's eyes are red from chlorine in the pool. Tuesday, June 6, 2017. Gucci Mane: A Tale of Redemption, Love and the Greatest Comeback of All Time. I want to preface this post by saying I'm not a connoisseur of Gucci Mane. But over the past year I have developed an appreciation for him as an artist and for being the ultimate comeback kid. I don't discuss artists that often as its not really my lane, but I've felt compelled to right this piece for quite sometime. And rose to international acclaim.
