Fall Stuffed Pumpkin | Everyday Vegan

https://everydayvegan.wordpress.com/2011/10/31/fall-stuffed-pumpkin

For the everyday vegan. Fall Stuffed Pumpkin October 31, 2011. 8212; Lynne @ 1:25 pm. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Position rack in the center of the oven. Cut out top of pumpkin, and set aside. Scoop out seeds with a spoon (save for later baking). Put on a cookie sheet and cook for 45 minutes. In the meantime cook up some wild rice and any kind of gravy you want (I use the one below because it’s full of B vitamins and tastes so yummy and fall like). Leave a Reply Cancel reply. the everyday vegan

I'm a vegan who often takes to the internet in search of recipes, so I figured I'd start a blog to share the vegan cooking love. My focus is mostly on relatively quick and easy meals that don't use too many obscure ingredients or convenience foods - meals you'd eat every day. I live in southern Ontario with my husband and two spoiled bunnies. View my complete profile. The Mediterranean Vegan Kitchen. Saturday, April 7, 2007.
